Removal of oxytetracycline and tetracycline by nyex2000

I would like to give you use the excel data and then help me  to analyse and make graphs of data and write  the results and discussions.The objectives of  this experiment are
1.    To determine if Calibration line is a linear correlation between the different amount of Stock solution and the percentage of adsorption. A calibration curve is a method used in analytical chemistry to determine the concentration of an unknown sample solution. It is a graph generated by experimental means, with the concentration of solution plotted on the x-axis and the observable variable — for example, the solution’s absorbance — plotted on the y-axis. (This will determined by measuring a series of concentration for stock solution: 100 mg/l, 75 mg/l, 50 mg/l, 25 mg/l, 10 mg/l, 5 mg/l, 1 mg/l and to see if it is a straight line correlation between the amount of antibiotics in water and uv adsorption.)
The point at which the line crosses the calibration curve will indicate the x-value — the concentration. A vertical line, drawn downwards from this point, gives the %Adsorbed of the pollutants. The equation for the line of the calibration curve can also be used to mathematically determine the solution’s concentration.

2.    To determine at lab conditions if 2 specific antibiotics Oxytetracycline Hydrochloride and Tetracycline Hydrochloride    can be absorbed onto granular NyexTM2000  and this will be determined using kinetic experiment where 10g amount of granular NyexTM2000 and concentration of 10mg/l antibiotics will be mix and the adsorption can be measure over a period of time. Eg: determine absorption onto granular NyexTM2000 over a mixing water containing antibiotics and to see how much can be absorbed over a period of 180 mins. done by doing a series of kinetic tests, record experimental data every thirty which the antibiotics samples are analysed by UV–Vis spectrometer over these period.

3.    To evaluate to what extent the specific antibiotics can be adsorbed of changes in effluent conditions and to perceive the greatest situations for its removal. For example:  what will happen for the absorption if we change the temperature, PH and concentration of salinity. To determine if they can have impact on the adsorption of Oxytetracycline Hydrochloride and Tetracycline Hydrochloride  on granular NyexTM2000 by doing absorptions experiments where water under variety of different conditions for 30 minutes and add particle at NyexTM2000 to see how much is absorbed.

4.    To compare the outcomes of data  with the other two recently analysed antibiotics Ofloxacin and Norfloxacin, to determine obtained results with those of other recently analysed materials from SUMA, In addition to all analysis for these 2, in discussion section these will be compared to previous results obtained by SUMA(what should I write here) in the lab

This experiment was to investigate the use of nyex2000 to remove antibiotics from water by arvia process, there are four antibiotics in this table, of which oxytetracycline and tetracycline are my own, the remaining two, Ofloxacin and Norxacin are data given to me by tutor. There were three experiments done in total which were generally 1.calibration curves, 2.kinetic experiments3. adsorption experiments,  and then calibration curves to describe the straight line correlation between amount of xx, kinetic experiments to describe the trend over time, maximum adsorption and so on. The adsorption experiments are further divided into three conditions: 1. the effect of temperature on %adsorbed 2. the effect of add salt concentration on %adsorbed 3. the effect of ph
